Renting Our Facilities for Your Group
Let Slumber Falls Camp
host your next group event. We are open year-round to
provide you with facilities for rent. Our guests include
church groups, family reunions, business groups,
sorority and fraternity groups, university groups, and
community groups. Whatever group you are a part of, we
have the facilities to make your next event a success.
We have three major facilities allowing
us to host up to three groups at a time.
Minimum Group Size
Each facility has a minimum rental of 20
overnight participants. If your group is larger, then the
following minimums apply:
One facility - 20 overnight participants
Two facilities - 50 overnight participants
Three facilities - 90 overnight participants
We require a $200.00 deposit per facility. We only reserve facilities one year in
advance to allow your group to roll over the deposit for
the same dates the following year. Deposits will be
refunded two weeks after your event should you
decide to not keep a deposit on file.
Payment for your event is due upon arrival. We can
invoice your group in advance for your expected numbers
to help with the issuing of a check for payment. Should
there be any difference in the actual numbers for your
event, we will be happy to bill your group for the
difference or issue a refund.
We offer you two choices for food service. We are
happy to provide quality meals for your group or you can
choose to rent the kitchen at your facility to provide
your own meals. Please note that the kitchen rental fees
are to provide access to the kitchen. Should you not pay
the fee for a part of your event, you will not have
access to the kitchen and will not be able to store food
While most groups choose to bring their own bedding
and linens, we do offer linen service for an additional
fee to those that prefer that option.
