Renting Our Facilities for Your Group
Let Slumber Falls Camp host your next group event! We are open year-round to provide you with facilities for rent. Our guests include church groups, family reunions, business groups, sorority and fraternity groups, university groups, and community groups. Whatever group you are a part of, we have the facilities to make your next event a success.
We have three major facilities allowing us to host up to three groups at a time.
Woelke Facility – This facility is our oldest and largest accommodating 48 (heat & a/c). There are a variety of cabin configurations with beds for 2 – 20 depending on the cabin. The lodge itself can hold 100-130 people and is heated and air-conditioned. The Woelke Facility features free Wi-Fi internet service and a built in multimedia projection system.
Kelsey Facility – This facility features our newest lodge which is newly renovated, has both heat and a/c, and a residential style kitchen. There are two dorm style cabins with 4 rooms accommodating a total of 40 guests (10 in each room). These cabins have been recently remodeled and have full twin size bunks. The Kelsey Facility features free Wi-Fi internet service and a built in multimedia projection system.
Bizer Facility – This facility which has both heat and a/c is our most adult friendly facility and accommodates 40 guests in a secluded setting apart from the rest of the camp. The Bizer Lodge has a large meeting room, a residential style kitchen and a smaller meeting room with couches. There are four cabins with 10 beds in each cabin. Each cabin has 3 rooms. Two rooms have built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom with shower. The outer room has one additional bunk. The Bizer Facility features free Wi-Fi internet service and a built in multimedia projection system.
Minimum Group Size
- Woelke Facility – minimum 30 overnight people
- Kelsey Facility – minimum 20 overnight people
- Bizer Facility – minimum 20 overnight people
If your group is larger, then you can rent additional facilities with the following minimums:
One facility – 30/20 overnight participants
Two facilities – 50 overnight participants
Three facilities – 90 overnight participants
Payment for your event is due upon arrival. We will invoice your group in advance for your minimum numbers. 120 days prior to your event 25% of the minimum fees are due. 60 days prior to your event 50% of the minimum fees are due. Full payment is due before start date of event.
We offer you options for food service.
- We are happy to provide quality meals for your group
- You can choose to rent the kitchen (access to kitchen) at your facility to provide your own meals.
- Have your meals catered.
- Dine out.
While most groups choose to bring their own bedding and linens, we do offer linen service for an additional fee to those that prefer that option.
