2022 RENTAL RATE GUIDE & MINIMUMS

These rental rates are used as a planning guide for groups.  Actual costs may be adjusted, complimentary, or negotiated.

Facility/Security Deposits

1 Facility – $200.00                 2 Facilities – $400.00               3 Facilities (entire camp) – $600.00

  • Deposits are refunded within 2 weeks after event or they may be rolled over to reserve a future date.
  • Security Deposits may no longer be required in 2022.

Event Minimums (per night)

  • Woelke Facility…………………………………………. 30 people

Check-in 3:00 pm / Check-out 1:00 pm

(There is an $11.00 per person early check-in / check-out fee for check-in prior to 1:00pm or check-out after 3:00pm)

Overnight Rate (per person/ per night) …………………………………….$34.00

Weekend Day Use Only (per person) …………………………………..$24.00

(Minimum charge for the day – $420.00)

Note: Friday – Sunday day use rentals can only be reserved 3 weeks in advance

Kitchen Rental / Access Fee (note kitchen will be locked unless rented)

  • Woelke Lodge (Commercial Kitchen) – Not available for group rental
  • Kelsey Lodge or Bizer Lodge ……………………… $40.00/meal or $  80.00/day

Food Service if Camp Provides Meals   (Food Service minimum is 20 adults)

Standard Meal Service (can include vegitarian and gluten free options with main meals)

    • Breakfast………………………$ 10.00 (This includes entree, 2 sides, cereal/fresh fruit bar, coffee & juice)
    • Lunch / Supper………………$13.00 (This includes entree, 2 sides, salad bar, dessert and drink)

Economy Meal Service – We have reduced cost options for simpler streamlined meals. Contact the office for more information.

SFC Catering Option – We can prepare meals (i.e. bagged/boxed lunches, pasta trays and veggies, etc.) to give your flexibility on dining.  Paper plates, napkins, and plasticware will be provided.

Outside Catering – for groups wishing to use their own caterers, there is a $2 per person per meal fee.  Additionally, third party vendors must fill out a SFC Vendor form and show proof of meeting the criteria.

 Jeannette’s Wing (Recreation Room located in Woelke Lodge)………  $100.00 per event.

(Includes Ping Pong, Pool Table, Foosball, and Air Hockey)

Linen Service/per person (optional)

$15.00/set (includes:  pillow, pillow case, bottom & top sheet, blanket, bath & hand towel, washcloth, bath soap & shampoo)

Pool Use

Pool use must be scheduled in advance.   The usage fee is $40.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  The fee includes a lifeguard for up to 35 people.  Larger groups will need to be put in shifts or we can hire additional lifeguards for an additional cost.

Clean-Up Fee

A minimum $50.00 clean-up fee will be charged if the facility requires more than general cleaning.

This fee also applies if any moved furniture, dishes, clocks, etc. are not put back in their original location.

Payment Requirements

You will be invoiced and payments will be due 30, 60 and 120 days prior to the event.
