* Deposits are refunded within 2 weeks after event or they may be rolled over to reserve a future date

(There will be an $11.00 per person early check-in / check-out fee for check-in prior to 1:00pm or check-out after 3:00pm)

Weekend Day Use Only (per person) …………………………………..$21.00

(Minimum charge for the day – $420.00)

Note: Friday – Sunday day use rentals can only be reserved 3 weeks in advance

Kitchen Rental / Access Fee (note kitchen will be locked unless rented)

Woelke Lodge (Commercial Kitchen)…………….. $75.00/meal or $160.00/day

Kelsey Lodge or Bizer Lodge ……………………… $40.00/meal or $  80.00/day

Food Service if Camp Provides Meals   (Food Service minimum is 20 adults)

Breakfast………………………$ 10.00 (This includes entree, 2 sides, cereal/fresh fruit bar, coffee & juice)

Lunch / Supper………………$13.00 (This includes entree, 2 sides, salad bar, dessert and drink)

 Jeannette’s Wing (Recreation Room located in Woelke Lodge)………$50.00/day or $100.00/per stay

(Includes Ping Pong, Pool Table, Foosball, and Air Hockey)

Linen Service/per person (optional)

$15.00/set (includes:  pillow, pillow case, bottom & top sheet, blanket, bath & hand towel, washcloth, bath soap & shampoo)

Pool Use

Pool use must be scheduled in advance.   The usage fee is $30.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  The fee includes a lifeguard for up to 35 people.  Larger groups will need to be put in shifts or we can hire additional lifeguards for an additional cost.

Clean-Up Fee

A $50.00 clean-up fee will be charged if the facility requires more than general cleaning.

This fee also applies if any moved furniture, dishes, clocks, etc. are not put back in their original location.

Payment Requirements

You will be invoiced and the total must be paid within two days prior to the event.
